The lamb you are ordering now will be ready in Fall of 2024. A $35 deposit reserves your full lamb. The balance will be calculated at $9.00 per pound based on hanging weight cut to your specifications, wrapped, frozen, and picked up here at the farm. The deposit is subtracted from the final balance.
