We offer a layaway plan on select items. We do require an initial and flexible percentage of the total purchase. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms.
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.

Money orders: Please make payable in US dollars.
Personal checks: in some instances, we may hold merchandise until check clears.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling includes cost for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Most merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The time needed to ship will vary depending on the shipment’s location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 5 to 10 day delivery time. Most orders ship in 3 to 5 days. Shipping insurance is not offered.
Peter Engler Designs guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us by phone or email. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to the shipping costs.
Occasionally, our website may contain incorrect or out of date information. Although we work hard to minimize this, we still reserve the right to cancel an order made under these circumstances.
