This course helps the students with the methods and concepts to utilize when they have been or are going to be promoted to a team lead or supervisor within a food facility and no leadership or supervisory training is provided.  This course helps students learn the basic skills for performing as a supervisor (how to supervise workers) and managing the resources and operations (including time management) in a food facility.
